Overview
On Thursday 19th June 2025, the African Caribbean Sustainability & Investment Summit (ACSIS) co-hosted a special Meet & Greet Reception at the Zambia High Commission in London. Bringing together High Commissioners from across Africa alongside ACSIS leadership, the evening was a significant diplomatic moment — one that produced concrete commitments and opened new doors for Africa-Caribbean economic integration.
Aza Creative Media delivered the full creative and editorial package for the event, ensuring that the visual presentation matched the occasion and that the outcomes were captured and communicated effectively in the aftermath.

Work Scope
Event Graphic Design — Banners: The event banners needed to hold their own in a diplomatic setting. The design had to balance the institutional gravitas of the Zambian High Commission with ACSIS’ identity as a forward-thinking, transcontinental platform. Clean, authoritative, and on-brand — striking the balance between diplomatic formality and the forward-looking energy the organisation represents.
PowerPoint Design: A cohesive and polished 5 slide presentation deck supported the programme across the evening. Designed to be clean and structured, the slides provided a professional visual framework for the high-level dialogue taking place. A digital backdrop was also included. ACM Ran the PowerPoint at the event.
Post-Event Summary Articles: Following the reception, I authored the official post-event summary capturing the three major outcomes of the evening — from the strengthening of the ACSIS-Zambia High Commission relationship, to H.E. Macenje Mazoka’s high-level endorsement of the ACSIS framework, to the diplomatic pledges secured for ACSIS 2025 in London that November. Getting the tone and detail right on a piece like this matters — these summaries serve as the official record of what was achieved.
A Final Note
Three High Commissioners in one room, a clear roadmap for Africa-Caribbean economic integration, and diplomatic commitments secured for what would become ACSIS 2025 — this was one of those evenings where you leave knowing something real just happened. Being trusted to frame it visually and document it editorially is the kind of work that goes well beyond the brief. Proud to have contributed to a moment that genuinely moved the needle.
