Newmarket Town Council & Suffolk Grenadier Guards Association: Parade

Overview

Newmarket Town Council and the Suffolk Grenadier Guards Association needed a poster to promote their upcoming summer parade: The Freedom of Newmarket Parade 2026. Aza Creative Media was brought in to draft and execute the design, something that could hold its own in print and perform equally well across social media, honouring the occasion and the organisations it represents.

Work Scope

Poster Design — Print & Digital: The poster had to carry the gravity and tradition of the Grenadier Guards — one of the most iconic regiments in the British Army — while being visually engaging enough to stop the scroll on social media and command attention on a physical noticeboard. Balancing ceremonial heritage with clean, contemporary graphic design was the core challenge, and the result was a poster built to work hard across both applications without losing its sense of occasion.

A Final Note

There’s something satisfying about designing for events that bring communities together — and a summer parade through Newmarket, backed by the tradition of the Grenadier Guards, is exactly that kind of occasion. Proud to have helped promote it.
